Available also as baby leaf, spinach grown in the open field is robust and deep green in colour and it is one of the main product of the company.
It is harvested using innovative agriculture machines that allow a first selection already in the field. Then, the freshly harvested spinach reaches the Fimagri processing site where is carefully selected according to high quality standards using also optical sorting. Spinach, in reusable packing, is immediately refrigerated and transported to the several national and European destinations maintaining the cold chain.
Fimagri spinach is grown in Integrated Pest Management and organically, available from October to April.
