GREEN ASPARAGUS

Fimagri green asparagus is grown in light and fertile soils of the Tavoliere delle Puglie and is distinguished by its bright green colour and intense flavour.
After harvest, the green asparagus is immediately stored under refrigeration to ensure a better shelf life of the product. Then, it is carefully selected, processes into different kind of packages depending on costumer needs, and transport maintaining the cold chain.

Fimagri green asparagus is grown in Integrated Pest Management, available from February to June.
